Hi, Candace! Thanks so much for keeping it real and for reminding us all of the real reason for the season. We also never got around to carving our pumpkins (again) this year. That said, I decided to keep them stored in my cool garage so that after the holidays, my daughters and I can carve them during a less frantic time of the year. The hope is that we can take the proper time to enjoy the entire process rather than just rushing through another item on our To Do list. Fingers-crossed that the pumpkins stay fresh enough for us to live out this back-up plan!
